WORLD: YOU MIGHT think that ‘jambon’ is the French word for ‘ham’, but you’d be wrong. It’s so much more than that. 

The jambon is an Irish delicacy, and it deserves the respect and attention of the rest of the globe.

1. Ham. Cheese. Pastry. AKA the three best things in the world

2. They are THE antidote to a hangover

Carbs and meat. Everything you could ever want is in there!

3. You can make them yourself…

Very easily in fact.

4. And they certainly do look very tasty…

5. But the dream jambon comes from the deli

Nestled in amongst the sausage rolls and the chicken fillets.

6. A deli jambon is not too pretty

Even so, you want that slight layer of grease. It helps.

7. But it always tastes like home

8. You can try to make it fancy

Herbs! On a jambon!

9. But deep down, it will always be a humble dish

It’s best eaten off tinfoil with a variety of other carbs.
